We can ship to your home or work address depending on your requirements. Please make sure you have provided us with the correct ‘Shipping’ address if it is different to the ‘Billing’ address.

Our UK postage costs are as follows:
UK mainland standard delivery 2-5 working days from despatch
FREE DELIVERY (UK mainland only)* on all orders for a limited period.
Orders placed before 2pm will be despatched same day where possible and most items will be despatched within 24 hours.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday are normally despatched on Monday.
Items weighing up to 0.45kg will usually be sent via Royal Mail first class signed for delivery. Royal Mail aim to deliver all parcels by the next working day and whilst many items arrive next day we cannot guarantee this.
Items weighing over 0.45kg will usually be despatched via our courier DPD. Standard delivery times via courier are 24-48 hours to a place of business or home address.
If you need to ensure next day delivery, we recommend that you upgrade to our next working day delivery service.

UK Next Working Day Delivery - £6.95
For next working day delivery, orders need to be placed by 2.00pm. We will always try to provide this service on any orders coming in after this time if at all possible but you will need to call us in advance to arrange this.
As this is a next working day service, orders placed by 2.00pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Orders placed after 2.00pm on Friday will not usually be delivered until the Tuesday.
Please note - if you request a restring upgrade on a next day service we will do our upmost to fulfil the order as next working day but unfortunately this cannot always be guaranteed due to the time required to undertake the restring. Restring upgrades with next day delivery will however always be prioritised above restrings upgrades with standard delivery.
UK Saturday delivery - £13.50
Orders need to be placed by 2.00pm on Friday.

NEW LOWER INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY RATES - selected destinations for a limited period
Our standard international delivery costs are as follows:

Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden, Slovakia – 3 - 7 days - £10.00
Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Norway, Russia and Switzerland – 3 - 7 days £25.00
Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand - 7 – 10 days £30.00 per 2kg box (Whilst we try to keep shipping costs as low as possible, please note the final delivery cost will depend on the weight of the items ordered. See below for more details)

If your order is exceptionally heavy or large we may not be able to deliver within the shipping charges shown above. In this event, we will email you with a quote for delivery costs. You can then decide if you wish to pay any additional charges or amend your order.
We reserve the right to revise any shipping costs/dates/times when necessary. We retain the right to refuse/amend any orders that do not comply with the delivery options available to us at this time. International delivery times are given for guidance purposes only and cannot be guaranteed, although we will do our upmost to ensure that your order reaches you as promptly as possible.
One hour delivery window
We aim to make your online shopping experience as efficient as possible. PDH Sports has a timed delivery service that provides our customers with a precise one hour window in which their goods will be delivered by our courier DPD.
This fantastic new delivery method means an end to the "sorry you were out" cards or even having to take a day off work to wait for a parcel to arrive.
On the day of delivery customers will receive an email and SMS text message which informs you of your one hour delivery slot.
You can control the delivery so if you are not going to be at home and won't be in to sign for the package, simply text back and arrange for your products to be delivered on a more convenient date. To use the email and text service you will need to provide your email address and mobile number when registering/ordering via our website.
Please note that PDH Sports now uses this service for the majority of our UK mainland deliveries only. Sundry and smaller items will be sent by Royal Mail 'first class signed for'. Occasionally we send items directly from the manufacturer and the delivery company used will be the one employed by the supplier.
