Christmas Returns - Extended time to return unwanted items
To take some of the stress out of Christmas shopping, products bought from PDHSports after 20 October 2012 may be returned up to 15 January 2013. This gives any gift recipient plenty of time to return unwanted presents.
To qualify for the extended returns period the order confirmation or receipt must show a purchase or despatch date of 20 October - 21 December 2012. After this time our standard returns policy applies.
Unwanted items can be returned to us in the usual way and full details will be included in your parcel.
The extended Christmas returns period applies to all products that can normally be returned for exchange or refund as per our usual returns policy.
Returns
All purchases are covered by our 14 day exchange or refund promise. Returns should be sent with a completed returns form to:

Returns can only be accepted in original packaging/ unworn/ with labels or shoe tags still attached within 14 days of receipt of order. Please enclose proof of purchase and your full contact details.
Returns/ 10 day Racket Trial Returns
We are only able to offer a full refund if the original grip wrapping/tags are still in place.
The cost of returning any item to us is your responsibility and we will refund you, less postage costs.
We can also exchange the goods for an alternative product although you will be responsible for any further postage costs.
Please check the details of your order carefully to ensure that you have ordered the correct sizes.
Our shoe sizes are quoted in UK sizes primarily so please ensure that you refer to the sizing charts or email us at headoffice@pdhsports.com if you have a query on international conversion.
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or has been sent in error we will also refund your return postage. Please return all items by first or second class signed for mail rather than more expensive special delivery or upgraded courier services as we are usually only able to refund postage up to our standard delivery charge of £4.95.
We recommend that you obtain proof of posting/adequate insurance for all returns as we are sorry but we cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Please note that if you order items over £75.00 allowing you to qualify for free UK delivery but subsequently return items taking your retained order value to under £75.00, we reserve the right to refund you less the £4.50 standard UK delivery charge which would have originally been applicable.
Bundle returns
Please note that if you return one or more items from a bundle deal, any items which you retain will be charged at their normal current full price as if they had been purchased individually in the first instance. Bundle prices only apply if all items in the bundle are purchased and retained.
Racket String Breakages
Please note that racket manufacturers will not guarantee racket strings. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns due to string breakage, even if the strings break within the first few weeks of purchase, unless there is a fault with the racket itself. We do however offer a professional racket restringing service.
