In some cases, when an item is out of stock but we know when it is due back in, you can still purchase the item on "back order" or "pre-order".
Back orders are processed in exactly the same way as any other order except there will be a delay in our usual same day despatch policy until the item comes back in stock. Please note that next day delivery is therefore not possible on back order items.
We always try to give an accurate estimate of when stock is expected both on the product page and in your basket.
However, please be aware that delivery dates can sometimes vary due to events beyond our control and we will let you know if any circumstances change.
