This was recommended as a good control racket for an intermediate player. I bought one and was absolutly delighted with how it helped my game. I am a regular squash and racketball player with a bit of a sore shoulder problem and I have tried a number of padel bats to find one that suits me. This one is a touch lighter than many but not so much that it loses stability. It has a decent length handle, which can't be said of all padel bats. As soon as I picked it up, it felt promising. And so it was in play, I felt much more accurate and confident and played better with it. I play on the right side, which is traditionally the control (rather than power) side although when I needed to smash it or just hit it hard, I didn't feel I lost out with this bat. In fact, because it was more controlled and accurate, my hard shots were more effective. So, it worked for me and the lighter weight and big sweet spot gave my shoulder a bit of a break (!). Comparatively reasonable price, too. Recommended.
