The tecnifibre X Speed 125 is a lovely racket in the right hands. It's probably one of the most popular rackets on sale at the moment, and that doesn't happen by accident. It's a brilliant 'all round' racket, it's powerful, light, well balanced and therefore super easy to manoeuvre. For attacking players, it's fantastic. You can take most shots on the volley with ease, moving the racket around is genuinly effortless. However...I did say 'in the right hands' for a reason. You really have to be a semi decent player to make the most of this racket. The small sweet spot and stiff frame really punish any miss-hits you make. You definitely know when you've not hit the centre of the strings as the racket feels comparatively dead compared to a 'good' shot. I know people who've gone from bargain bin Sports Direct rackets (you know the ones... 'was £150, now £35') to this, thinking it'll transform their game, then they were shocked when they went on court and couldn't hit a straight drive. If that's you - it's definitely worth using PDH's trial service, the expensive price is a big commitment so it's absolutely something you should make the most of. Overall, for good players, this is a great racket. The amount of PSA players using it is testament to how good it actually is. For less strong players, give it a try before committing to purchasing. It's likely you'll like it, but worth the extra consideration.

A little unforgiving at the start but got used to the racket pretty quick. I really love this racket. Very durable and comes with pre-upgraded strings.

The greatest squash racket of all time, this is my current racket of choice and performs so well in all areas of my game, for a teardrop shape you will not find a racket for sale with more feel, more control and lots of power from any other brand. Also Used by the great Egyptian squash player Mohammed El Shorbaggy....how can you go wrong ! :)

It’s been a couple of month since buying this racket and I feel I am able to provide my honest review, based on my experience. Being honest with you I feel a little bit underwhelmed with the racket. The technology and material behind the racket are great, I really like the overgrip wrapping feature as it feel you can have a consistent grip all the time. The racket has been designed specifically for Mohamed El Shorbagy, this means that the balance and feature have been made specifically to enhance his performance ability during matches. For this reason this has not worked well for me, my drop shot is worse since using this racket however this could be because the balance doesn’t work for me so I ultimately decided to go back to my old Carboflex 125 Heritage as I feel I have full control over it. I do believe that this will work perfectly with other player, sadly this wasn’t me so consider this before you commit to the racket since the price is quite high. I have spoken with peaople in my regional county league about the racket and there is a mixed review: some love it some don’t. This is the reason of my score being right in the middle.

Bought two rackets from pdh after a day playing with many rackets on site. One of them was this new Carboflex 125 X-Speed. This racket has it all; power, touch and fast through the air. It's not the most forgiving racket if you hit off centre, but is very rewarding if you hit the ball correctly. Great service from Paul and Lisa from pdh. It's great talking to people who know what they are talking about and enjoy their work!

I must admit, I was a little sceptical when I went for one of these... would it be much of an improvement over the carboflex 125? How wrong I was! Brilliant racket, everything feels so crisp and my hitting has definitely improved in both accuracy and power. It isn't the most forgiving but when you get it right out of the middle it really shines. I should imagine anyone with better technique than me (most people!) would be unstoppable with this in the hand! Fantastic racket, you won't be disappointed!

Awesome racket, very responsive from a touch perspective and greater power than my previous Dunlop Biomimetic Elite. It's the best racket I have used. Fast delivery from PDH too, pleased all round.
