The 2012 Carboflex 125 Basaltex Mulitaxial as used by Mohamed El Shorbagy and designed with his style of play in mind.

At 125g unstrung weight, this fantastic racket is a new introduction to the Tecnifibre Basaltex range and incorporates all Tecnifibre's latest technology.

This racket comes pre-strung in Tecnifibre's newest performance string.

Teardrop shape with excellent control.

Comes with a head racket cover.

PDH opinion "We love this new addition to the Basaltex range. We play-tested the 125 prior to release and think it offers great power and control. It is lively and responsive - the perfect racket for good, attacking players who like to get onto the volley quickly. We think the feel is enhanced by the introduction of new Multiaxial construction compared to earlier ranges. A great price for a premium racket with premium strings"

Cracking racquet, gives fantastic control and power; however, major design flaw with the grommets. The strings protrude far too much out of the grommet strip half way down the racquet head. My strings have gone twice in the space of 4 months of playing.

lovely rackets, I have had 3 of these for nearly a year now and can't fault them in anyway. the other reviews right but I would say the strings are good, I have changed them for 18 gauge 305+ which are the same just thinner. I wouldn't advise this because they don't last long but I string my own rackets so it doesn't cost me loads to change them every month or so and to me its worth it for the extra power tough and feel. If these rackets do have a week spot it is the bumper strip as I have seen one or two give up the ghost quickly but saying that I haven't changed any of mine just yet but I have had to change some on club members rackets that I restring.. all in all 5 stars for these

Great racket! Feels very light, great power yet excellent feel for touch shots. I played for years with head and prince rackets, when I tried one of technifibre 130 rackets I knew I had to change. I purchased a couple of 125 technifibre carboflex rackets and I am very happy. My only criticism is that the strings it comes with the 305+ Black 1.2 Gauge feel much stiffer than the 305 1.2 green strings I usually use. When I need a restring I will get the green 305 strings.

I've been through more than my fair share of Prince Rebels and Dunlop pro gtx 4d racquets. The dunlops aren't made to withstand my game and the prince's are pretty sturdy and are awesome to play with, but always crack and break around the head after a while. I've had two technifibre carboflex 125s for about a year now and am loving them! Very similar shape to the rebels, but with great factory strings and most importantly, seemingly indestructible! Well worth the money!

Great overall racket for attacking players. Great control with the headlight frame and the overall light weight. Good for volley and drops, but also generates tons of power. My favourite racket so far easily.

Fast, lightweight and efficient. The racket is just about the most powerful racket I've ever swung delivering excellent control from within the sweet spot. Sadly for beginners/intermediates the sweet spot isn't huge and the perfect balance is thrown off if you miss it. The power comes from the racket speed combined with carboflex technology and is generated with relatively little effort. Like the rest of the reviews I can attest to the rackets maneuverability especially in more aggressive play and vollying. Anyone looking to take their game to the next level of power and speed should should buy this today.

The Carboflex 125 racket is both head light and well balanced, giving more feel and manoeuvrability than a heavier 130/140 frame. It's most suitable for players that volley, get forward and look to get forward and drop/kill early in the point. Furthermore, without a big or fast swing, you get effortless power when finding the sweetspot. Being a tennis player myself who always served and volleyed in my youth, this racket suits my game style. This is about my 4th squash racket now and out of all I've used, I've found it easier to sweep the tight balls off the side-walls and more able to dig the ball out the back corners. Give one a try!

This racquet feels more maneuverable than the 130 Carboflex but the lighter frame stills offers excellent power and ball control. Its easy to get onto the ball quickly and either play the ball deep or take it in short. The 305+ strings are a huge bonus and I can easily place the ball into the back of the court or focus on ball placement. Im definitely going to stock my squash bag with at least 2 Carboflex 125's.
