Questions and answers

Question:
Tecnifibre Carboflex 125 S Squash Racket RSTE5356is this in stock and if ordered today when would I receive it
Answer:
Orders placed before 3pm will be despatched same day where possible on a 2-3 day service in the UK. We also offer a next working day delivery service option for £6.50 if you order before 3pm Mon-Fri. All options are available at checkout.
Question:
What’s the factory string tension on this racket ?
Answer:
This racket comes strung in Tecnifibre Synthetic Gut.
Question:
Is the Carboflex 125 X Speed far ahead of the Carboflex 125 S in terms of performance?...really like the cosmetic of the S compared with the X Speed but want to purchase the best racket.
Answer:
Not a massive difference in performance, side by side they would feel very similar. Go for the cosmetic you like and you would not be disappointed.
Question:
Information says this racket weight is 125 grams. When I put it on a weight it says 155 grams. How is that?
Answer:
The 125g is the unstrung weight and also before grip. This is the same for all brands so the finished rackets will always be a little heavier.
Question:
I would like to trial this racket. Is that possible?
Answer:
Yes. If you order this racket and send an email to customerservice@pdhsports.com, when you receive the racket take it on court with the plastic wrapper still on the handle.
Question:
Does this fit in large suitcase size H55xW40xD20cm? Thanks
Answer:
The length of the squash racket is 27 inches / 68.58cm if you use that against your measurements that should help you, it looks like your suitcase may be too small
Question:
I have used this racket once and the strings have already snapped at the sweet spot. What strings would you recommend to stop this from happening so soon ?
Answer:
We recommend RAB or a thicker gauge of string e.g 1.3mm for extra durability although many other factors can affect string life eg sudden temperature changes, not storing rackets away from wet kit.
Question:
do the strings move a lot?
Answer:
The strings will only move a lot if you play with plenty of cut and a very open racket face.
Question:
Is this in red and black?
Answer:
This racket is red and black as pictured.
Question:
Is it possible to get a full length racket cover for this racket?
Answer:
This particular racket is supplied with a 3/4 cover but we do sell small racket bags https://www.pdhsports.com/c/q/squash/squash-bags#!g_bagsize=3-rackets and occasionally have extra covers available to purchase if you call us.
Question:
What string does it ship with and what tension
Answer:
This racket comes strung in Tecnifibre Synthetic Gut, and we can't give an exact value for the tension as it can be affected by many factors but we usually estimate about 25lbs.

I have used this racket for a while now and it is my go to racket as it is the perfect balance between precision and power as it is light and easy to move around. It is hard to break this racket as I hit the walls a lot because of shots and it still hasn't broken. The balance of this racket is perfect as it is in the middle so it is easy to play a good shot with the correct swing. Overall i just love this racket because I have had it for a couple years now and still my favorite racket to this day.

I’ve had one of these from PDH for a while now and it was a purchase after a long lay off from squash due to injury. The difference I noticed when comparing to my previous Dunlop hot melt pro was remarkable, the level of playability especially from the back of the court was and continues to be excellent. The balance for such a light weighted racket I find to be very good and allows me to apply power to the ball when necessary but also allows me to be accurate (for my level at least) with volleys and short game shots. It’s made me really enjoy my squash again which is great news!!!

Bought this racket a few days ago along with the 125 Heritage. its a great feeling racket albeit a little less forgiving than the Heritage, i assume this is probably due to having a narrower sweet spot.I seem to getting string movement so i'm forever straightening the strings which I don't get with the Heritage. overall I'm very pleased with both rackets and hopefully my game will improve over time. Also big thank you to all the staff at PDH who guided me through our purchase.

Very very nice racket, made by one of the best materials. It’s last during and is a very nice weight especially for progressing juniors. Depending if you want power and control with this racket, it’s all up to you when you restring the racket. The strings that come with the racket aren’t very good of course as they are company strings but when you have them resringed you are all set and ready to play with the best racket !!
